Luxurious hotel and free parking, unbeatable location to a supermarket in local food court. The room was beautifully decorated and luxurious, the staff was reasonably good. Location very close to the white sand beach and ocean and China and Sanya, China.

The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the breakfasts are incredible; there's also a great pool and convenient parking, plus they don't charge for wake-up calls and ironing services.

Luxurious and gorgeous hotel located just off the white sand beach and ocean. Reasonably large room with 1 bed. - Excellent food. - Very pleasant and friendly staff in assisting customers who barely speak English.

The hotel is family-friendly and has reasonably good staff who assist customers, even if they speak little English. the rooms offer excellent views. Check-in is fast, and parking is convenient. the pool bar and pool are great.

The service at Raffles was perfect from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I seemed like a valued guest and was treated with the utmost care and attention. The staff were great too make sure all my needs were met and I seemed like royalty. The hotel itself was amazing, with fine architecture and beautiful decor. I was blown away by the size and luxury of my suite, which exceeded my expectations. The private pool and the spacious layout of the villa made me feel like I had my own little piece of paradise. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The beach was pristine and quiet, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Despite the few minor drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, overall I would highly recommend Raffles Hainan Clear Water Bay for a luxurious and lovely stay.

We enjoyed delicious meals at both the Chinese and Italian restaurants, savoring the authentic flavors in each dish. Taking a leisurely stroll along the beach was a highlight, immersing ourselves in the tranquility of nature. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a luxurious bathroom and stunning views of the resort. The attentive service and delectable breakfast spread made our stay even more enjoyable.

We did encounter some minor issues with the unstable wifi during our stay.

What an amazing experience we had during our New Year's holiday! The facilities were top-notch, with a stunning pool and a beautiful beach just steps away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very comfortable. The food was delicious, with plenty of fresh options to choose from, including a fantastic seafood restaurant and a great bar with fantastic cocktails. We also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.

While we had a wonderful time overall, there were a couple of small issues that detracted from the experience. The housekeeping could have been a bit more attentive in terms of cleaning up after room service. Also, we found the kids' facilities to be a bit lacking, with not enough activities to keep them entertained for long periods of time. Nonetheless, considering the grandiose of this upscale hotel, these are minor blips that didn't have a major effect on our time there.

I had a amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure all my needs were met. The hotel facilities were great, from the well-maintained rooms to the fine beachfront location. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, leaving no room for complaints. The breakfast provided offered a wide selection of delicious food, both local and international options. the hotel's location on the beautiful beach was a major highlight of my stay.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. the luxurious amenities provided were outstanding, making my stay truly unforgettable. the service was impeccable, with friendly and professional staff always on hand to assist. the spa and wellness centre was top, notch, offering a wide range of treatments including body scrubs, full body massages, and facials. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access were also fantastic additions that I took full advantage of, relaxing in the sun on the sun terrace while enjoying the stunning garden views.

The only minor issue I encountered was the slightly overpriced bicycle rental service. this is a very minor inconvenience compared to the overall outstanding experience I had in this hotel.
